TQ Mechanix recommends you service your car or van once a year minimum to avoid breakdown or inconvenience and to ensure complete working equipment on your vehicle. The technicians at TQ will carry out a thorough inspection / Vehicle health check on all its services provided. Whether that be a fixed Price Service or manufacture scheduled service while vehicle in or out of its warranty.
Be assured due to block exception introduced in 2003 TQ’s Technicians some previously dealer trained, can carry out your required Manufacture Service following manufacture service schedules and using original equipment parts so not to affect your vehicles manufactures guarantee. We can carry out your electronic service reset and produce a clear invoice and stamp or update your electronic service record online accordingly. Please provide your service book or advise us you would like this done.
We use unless advised or requested by the customer OE parts that carry a 1-year manufactures guarantee with our suppliers and only use recognized engine oil brands selected by us and correct Oil grade to your specific car or van identified by our technical support software.

OIL Service
Our TQ Mechanix Technician will inspect your vehicle fluid levels and change your engine oil and replace the oil filter regardless of its condition. We will inspect the tyres and braking pads where possible and check the operation of your exterior lights.
INTERIM Service
The technician will inspect your vehicles fluid levels and change the engine oil and replace the oil filter and the air conditioning/heater micro filter. We will remove the front wheels and inspect the braking system, the rear wheels will not be removed. We will inspect the tyres and adjust the pressures as required inc the spare if fitted. The service interval light if fitted will be reset and service recorded as required. The vehicle will also benefit from a vehicle health check report and also washed and vacuumed.
MAJOR Service
This Service is the maximum level of service provided to ensure all service parts are replaced on your vehicle if you are unsure of its service history or require a thorough service to guarantee its optimal performance. We replace the oil and oil filter, Air Filter, Fuel Filter and Air Conditioning/Heater Micro Filter. If the vehicle is petrol, we advise on spark plug replacement interval and quote according to requirements at additional cost to the service (Price on request). All wheels are removed, full brake inspection, tyres and pressures amended, lights, levels adjusted/topped up. Advise on other oils and intervals, gearbox oil etc. Full vehicle health check report. Reset of service interval, and stamp or update electronic vehicle record. And of course, our courtesy wash and vacuum of your vehicle ready to represent to you upon completion.
